Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, except for Digital & Personalized Products, which are final sale and non-refundable.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@golddustcapitalmedia.com. Accepted returns must be sent to: 1061 Stonekirk Trce, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cancellations We understand that mistakes happen. You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or fulfilled.
Exceptions — the following cannot be cancelled:
- Audio products (digital delivery begins immediately upon purchase)
- Gift Cards (activated at time of purchase)
To request a cancellation within the eligible window, please contact us immediately at support@golddustcapitalmedia.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation requests received after 1 hour or once an order is in processing.
Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. As we only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Golddust Capital Media.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Print-on-demand and dropshipped items are eligible for return or replacement only in the case of a manufacturing defect, damage, or incorrect item received. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 30 days with photos. Once approved, we'll send a replacement at no cost. For a different item, return the original and place a new order.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@golddustcapitalmedia.com.
